I managed to stop the flickering but the side effect to that is that the client now always docks to the primary monitor.

(workaround) In order to make the client dock to the second monitor the primary must be diff res then the client.

I admit that the feature isn't prefect. It needs some reworking to make it understand the preferred screen.

I reworked the Relocator (auto-relocation) and added the capability to handle same res monitors. When Relocator (auto-relocation) detects 2 or more monitors with the same res, it pops a dialog so the user chooses to which monitor to relocate.

Opened ticket #1426. Patch attached.
