Q: How do I import a character from a file?

A: Open EVEMon and go to File > Add character. Select "Saved character xml" from the dropdown menu for "add character using" in the window that pops. Point EVEMon to the file you wish load the character from.

This option apparently doesn't exist in 3315? You can still export a character to a file, but without the option to import it again, it seems kind of pointless.
