I was mostly describing people who train well for PVP; for PVE'ers, this is a much slower process as they are willing and able to fly ships when their skills are much worse.

PvP is the utmost and ultimate goal anyway - why else would anyone play a MMO? If I'd want to look at something boring like mining all day I could watch my harddrive doing a defrag. Or play some boring singleplayer game.

Hahahahaha.  I love this.  Good point.  I am proud to say that sine I started in early 2006 I have never fit a mining mod on a single ship.  I do enjoy pve with exploration.  Not missions tho.

I logged onto my amarr pilot, so here's his stuff:

Gunnery: 9.4m
Spaceship Command: 4.2m
Engineering: 2.9m
Drones: 2.7m
Electronics: 1.2m

Everything else is under a mil... this toon is basically a perfect geddon/paladin/bhaal pilot.
I'm so... I'm so... turned on by the fact he holds my stuff to such high esteem... NO BAD REISEN! Mad Hops... would you be a dear and get a sex change?

i guess you might be right somewhat
