There's a difference between "not perfect" and "not explainable and generally not trustworthy".
You'll end up rechecking the queue by your own eyes, what you're (supposedly) doing so anyway. (And EVEMon do shine a lightbulb for clearly annoying visibility of the issue until you resolve it.)
When EVEMon was eating 10% of the CPU time for just being started and sitting in background, it was "not perfect". But when it was unexplainable locking up the API timers... you get the trend, I hope.
